This policy outlines the MULAWALLET terms and conditions of usage. By signing up with and/or utilizing any MULAWALLET service, you agree to be bound by the following terms of this document and the terms of the other named policies included herein by reference and to keep updated on changes as these policies may change at any time.

MULAWALLET is a Business Support Services and Marketing company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with RC Number BN 2718172 having its office at Abuja (herein after referred to as “MULAWALLET”) which expression shall where the context so admits include its successors-in-title and assigns of the other part.
  • MULAWALLET desires all members to reasonably use its service. To that end, any customer who puts unreasonable demands upon the service may be curtailed in order to ensure the best possible service for all members.

    If a member appears to be unable to maintain a reasonable use of the service, MULAWALLET may cancel, suspend or decline to renew service for that member without notice. It is within MULAWALLET's sole discretion to determine what comprises are a unreasonable use.

  • MULAWALLET accounts are meant for a single user, individual use only per transaction. Any non-individual use, or any use that is indistinguishable from non-individual use, is prohibited. For example, the following uses are prohibited under this section:

    * Sharing a MULAWALLET email between people

  • MULAWALLET has and always will stand behind a strict no-log policy. Further details below, are going to outline what this in the reality means and how it gets accomplished:

    [-] No logging of IPs placing an order or accessing the members area
    [-] No logging of session duration times, neither the quantity of connected devices
    [-] No logging of MULAWALLET account usage, or any other activities on that matter
    [-] No logging of consumed Traffic amounts

  • MULAWALLET prohibits the use of any of its services in any of the following ways:

    * Spamming (e-mail, Usenet, message boards, etc.)
    * Copyright, trademark, and patent infringement.
    * Defamatory or abusive language
    * Illegal Spoofing
    * Illegal or unauthorized access to other PayPal accounts or networks
    * Money Laundry
    * Export control violations
    * All other illegal activities

  • We cannot be and are not responsible for the usage of any MULAWALLET service. MULAWALLET expressly disclaims liability for any harm resulting from encountering such material.

  • MULAWALLET takes money laundry and other illegal activities very seriously and we encourage you to do the same. You are responsible for determining the legal status of your trades you use or copy through any MULAWALLET service. MULAWALLET cannot and does not review the information flowing through its services. You agree to not transfer stolen funds through the service without the express permission of the account holder.

  • You are responsible for all actions that occur regarding your account. As a condition of service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MULAWALLET, its officers, employees, agents, shareholders and partners for any cause of action out of your account with use or your use of the service.

  • Any member has the possibility to order the Account " inside Members Area,fully automatic and instant.

  • Funds not removed after 3days are caused by alot of factors like if the senders sending source is from a credit card,this makes paypal to place an internal temporary hold on the fund.
    However,funds are cleared within some days in such cases.
    Such user have the right to request for a refund and MULAWALLET will honor the refund ONLY to the senders original payment receipt.
    To put it short we ONLY refund if :

    [-] The service is down and the client is TECHNICALLY unable to use our service (excluding network maintenance, server upgrades).
    [-] If your received funds have not been removed from the receivng account and you cant wait for us to remove all funds safely after 3/4days.
    [-] If we receive a fraud case on a payment and it turns out to be true after investigation.
    [-] I made a fault and ordered "accidently"
    [-] My MULAWALLET account has been used to place the Order without consent
    [-] I have found another provider in the meantime
    [-] I dont need it anymore
    [-] I didnt know/read about the 3 days delay time with Paypal payout
    [-] Giftcodes are excluded from a Refund possibility
    [-] Refunds are therefore solely handled on goodwill and MULAWALLET will never deny a customer a refund if any of the above applies.

  • MULAWALLET reserves the right to suspend, terminate or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

  • MULAWALLET reserves the right to revise, supplement or rescind any of our policies or terms of service at any time, without prior notice. It is the member's sole responsibility to remain informed of our current Terms of Service including all other named policies included by reference therein.

  • By signing up for any MULAWALLET service, you agree to the MULAWALLET Terms of Service including all other policies incorporated by reference.
